Frozen Chocolate & Hazelnut Ganache Bites

We created some delicious frozen chocolate & hazelnut ganache bites using our NEW little pots of Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline Ganache! The perfect little sweet treat for those hot Summer days.

You will need;

  • 1 pack of our Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline Ganache

  • Chopped hazelnuts

  • Whole hazelnuts

How to make;

  • Simply scoop out the ganache from the pots and roll into little balls.

  • We then put a hazelnut in the middle of each ball.

  • Then roll into chopped nuts and pop them in the freezer.

Store and eat straight from frozen.
