Where does the finest sea salt come from? Well, Cornwall of course! And that’s exactly why we use it in our desserts.

Fruit Purees

Fruit – Picked at the perfect time. We use fruit for our purees that are only picked when mature and are pureed as close as possible to their orchard. This means the flavours in our puddings are as fresh and vibrant as they possibly can be.  

British Milk and Cream

Happy cows make good milk! We work with a fantastic dairy supplier, that sources dairy directly from the farmer. This means they can ensure all their farms maintain their core values of animal wellbeing and product quality. All our dairy comes from cows that are kept under strict wellbeing rules, never use growth hormones or growth promotors and are not clones or genetically engineered. Meadow foods also are industry leaders in sustainability, with a goal of carbon net zero by 2030.
